Get Remote Assistance

If you subscribed an assistance contract for the software SmartAssist© it will be possible, if necessary, to ask for a remote assistance by one of our operators.
Through the remote assistance the G3Cube operator can take control of your personal computer and do what is needed to verify and solve your problem.
The remote assistance request is protected by an ID and a password that change every time so that no unauthorized access to your personal computer is allowed.
 
In order to get a remote assistance you need:
  • To have subscribed a valid and still active assistance and maintenance contract for the software SmartAssist© (not expired)
  • To be connected to the Intenet
 
 
The remote assistance request will activate the software TeamViewer,
 
 
You only need to communicate to the G3Cube operator the ID number and the Password shown.
