Assistance States Archive (Pro)

In order to use the assistance states archive ( Archives ► Assistance States ) you must purchase and activate a Professional License.

In the assistance states archive you can insert some custom states for your assistances. This state can be assigned to your assistance cards in addition to the main states automatically assigned by the software based on dates inserted in the assistance card.

It is recommended to assign to the custom states a mnemonic code (letters or numbers) of a fix length, for example

CANC Cancelled

WSPP Waiting for spare parts

NRPR Not Repairable
