Managing Archives

To work with SmartAssist© you need to configure some basic archives
 
  • Shop. Contains personal data of your shop
  • Categories. Contains the product categories for the items to repair like for example Mobile Phones, Camcorders, Televisions.
  • Brands. Contains the product brands for the items to repair like for example Apple, Motorola, Samsung.
  • Laboratories. Contains the list of laboratories where items can be sent to be repaired.
  • Default Descriptions. Contains an archive of common descriptions that can quickly accessed during the compilation of an assistance card
  • Assistance State. Contains an archive of custom states that can be assigned to an assistance card. (Pro License Feature)
  • Cities. Contains the archive of cities.
