Shop Data

Shop archive ( Archives ► Shop ) contains the information about your shop. Data on the shop card will be used in the headers of reports and assistance cards when you print them.

In the field Reports Notes you can insert notes and conditions applied for your repairs. This text will be showed when you print your assistances cards.

Customize Report Logo

The report shows the data of the store . It's possible to insert a custom image with your logo by setting parameters for the field Report Logo

The file must be in JPEG ( .JPG ) or BMP ( BMP) and contain in addition to the logo also store data ( address , phone , email , etc. ) as it duplicates the text displayed as default

We suggest you copy the files in the installation folder of SmartAssist and indicate the name without the path to allow their use also in network

Report Notes

In the field Report Notes insert annotations and conditions applied to repairs and and references to privacy laws. The text will appear at the bottom of the press sheet repair .

Legal Notes Example

- The assistance is performed in a workmanlike manner, respecting the instructions of the manufacturer of the components ;

- The payment must take place at the time of delivery of the component ; otherwise the Company shall exercise the right of retention on the right

- The challenge of the work performed must be made within 7 days, after the acceptance of the goods repaired ;

- Introduction acceptance of the above conditions , the customer sign this document pledging to keep it and then present it at the time of withdrawal .
