Managing Archives
To work with SmartAssist© you need to configure some basic archives

Shop. Contains personal data of your shop

Categories. Contains the product categories for the items to repair like for example Mobile Phones, Camcorders, Televisions.

Brands. Contains the product brands for the items to repair like for example Apple, Motorola, Samsung.

Laboratories. Contains the list of laboratories where items can be sent to be repaired.

Default Descriptions. Contains an archive of common descriptions that can quickly accessed during the compilation of an assistance card

Assistance State. Contains an archive of custom states that can be assigned to an assistance card. (Pro License Feature)

Cities. Contains the archive of cities.
